Celebrated every year since 1868, the "Memorial Day" honors members of the United States Armed Forces killed in action from all wars.
Angelo Munsel, superintendant of the Suresnes American Cemetery and Memorial invited Lycée International ALUMNI to join this day of commemoration.
Speeches and wreathlaying took turns to this tribute with the presence of Daniel E. Goodspeed, Minister Counselor for Consular Affairs at the Embassy of the United States in France, Christian Dupuy, Mayor of Suresnes and the prefect of the Hauts-de-Seine.
In 2017 the Suresnes American Cemetery and Memorial will celebrate its 100 years. Lycée International ALUMNI will be present for this special occasion.
