Built in 1907 by the pharmacist Henri Cannone, it has been part of the Lycée International since 1951.
Surrounded by eight columns, four on each side, the entrance to the castle has a solemn aspect that was not without impressing the students who had classes there.
It is a single-revolution spiral staircase, open and with a hollow core, resembling that of the Chambord castle. Its sculpted decoration evokes the second half of the 18th century.
The dry rot, a fungus that gnaws at the woodwork, has attacked the castle. For safety, the floors have therefore been removed. A renovation project is under consideration, but funds need to be found.
